4. Warranty
The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions. The limitation period for statutory warranty claims is 2 years and begins on the date of delivery, ie. Receipt of the item by the buyer.

9. Technical steps of the ordering process
Filling the cart with the desired items
Start of the ordering process via the link "Checkout" in the shopping cart
Registration with known user data (in case of an earlier application) or creation of a user account. If the user is already logged in, the following order step "Delivery" appears immediately
Order step "Delivery": Determination of the delivery address including possible creation of an alternative delivery address.
In the following step, select a payment method and, if necessary, enter the necessary data.
In the last step before the binding order you receive an overview over all necessary data for the order. Furthermore, the general terms and conditions, the cancellation policy and the legal information obligations must be accepted or noted. The personal data (delivery address and payment method) can be changed here for the last time. By clicking on "Order for payment" the order is binding. By e-mail the receipt of the order is confirmed immediately after the order.
10. Possibility for error correction
During the ordering process, a correction of the entered data is possible at any time. Before the final order, the data should be checked again.
If an order should be canceled during the ordering process, all you have to do is close the browser window, leave the page or click on another heading within the shop.
11. Note on the disposal of electrical appliances, batteries and batteries
