The statutory provisions apply within the scope of warranty. The limitation period for statutory claims for defects is 2 years and begins on the date of delivery, i.e. receipt of the goods by the buyer.

The contract is concluded only upon acceptance by MisterVac e.K. This acceptance takes place either by dispatch of the goods or by sending a shipping confirmation.

8. Total Price of the Goods / Shipping Costs

The stated prices are final consumer prices including statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown in the order overview as well as in the product description.

9. Technical Steps of the Ordering Process

• Placing the desired items in the shopping cart
• Starting the ordering process via the “Checkout” link in the shopping cart
• Logging in with existing user data (if previously registered) or creating a new user account. If the user is already logged in, the next step “Delivery” will appear immediately
• Order step “Delivery”: specification of the delivery address, including the option to create an alternative delivery address
• In the following step, selection of a payment method and, if applicable, entry of the required data
• In the final step before placing the binding order, you will receive an overview of all data required for the order. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions, the withdrawal policy and the statutory information obligations must be accepted or acknowledged. Personal data (delivery address and payment method) can be changed for the last time at this stage. By clicking “Place order with obligation to pay”, the order is placed bindingly. Receipt of the order is confirmed immediately after ordering by email.

10. Possibility of Error Correction

During the ordering process, correction of the entered data is possible at any time. Before submitting the final order, the data should be checked again.
If an order is to be cancelled during the ordering process, it is sufficient to close the browser window, leave the page, or click on another section within the shop.

In addition, the contract text is archived on the seller’s website and can be accessed free of charge by the customer via their password-protected customer account using the corresponding login data, provided that the customer has created a customer account in the seller’s online shop before submitting the order.
